Excitement is slowly building in Fair Bluff. Our community has seen dozens of homes repaired or replaced since the floods associated with hurricanes Matthew and Florence.  Just about everyone has noticed that over $1 million has been spent on street paving in our town. Much of our sewer system has now been replaced. Soon, a new drinking water well will be installed also.

One of the most visible parts of our disaster recovery has been what to do with the damaged downtown buildings. The town is now beginning to utilize grant funding to start purchasing those properties. In just a few weeks, work will begin on the much anticipated uptown building project.
