Just a few days after being sworn in, an auxiliary deputy with the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office is no longer on the job following media reports about criminal charges against him.

On Wednesday, CCSO posted on its Facebook page photos of Michael Shaw and two other people being sworn in earlier this week as auxiliary deputies.
